• Bookings

    To secure your appointment, a 50% upfront payment is required. Upon receipt of your payment, you will receive a booking confirmation email containing your appointment details. Additionally, a text reminder will be sent 48 hours prior to your appointment time.

  • Cancellations & Rescheduling

    We respectfully ask that you provide us with at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Cancellations made within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment time will result in a cancellation fee equivalent to 50% of the services booked (ie. forfeiture of your upfront payment).

  • Late Arrivals

    Please kindly arrive on time, and no more than 10 minutes in advance to prevent waiting times. If you anticipate being more than 15 minutes late, please notify us as soon as possible. Please note that if significant lateness occurs, your appointment may be subject to cancellation, and a new booking will be required.

  • Contraindications

    Please be aware that certain conditions may affect your suitability for specific services. If you're uncertain, we recommend reaching out to us before scheduling an appointment. Kindly refrain from booking treatments if any of the following conditions apply:
    - Injectables (botox/filler) within the last 14 days
    - Currently using medically prescribed retinol (vitamin A)
    - Cold/flu symptoms (eg. fever, coughing, sneezing, runny nose)
    - Bacterial, viral and fungal infections (eg. old sores, eye infections, styes)
    - Medication such as Roaccutane, Doxycycline, Differin, Adapalene, Epiduo, blood thinners, steroids, medically prescribed antihistamines and anti-inflammatories, blood thinners
    - Recent sunburn
