Returns

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Eligible returns must be unused, in its original packaging, and must have proof of purchase. Items not meeting these conditions might not qualify for a refund and we may decline and return them at your expense. Once your return is approved, we will send an email with instructions on how to return your order. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Please note: Return shipping costs are your responsibility as the buyer. Lia Kim Beauty will not assume liability for any return shipping costs.

Non-refundable Items
Unfortunately, returns cannot be accepted and cannot be refunded for the following:

  • Gift vouchers
  • Sale items
  • Items that have been opened and/or used
  • Items not in its original packaging

Damages and Issues
Upon receiving your order, kindly inspect the items and contact us immediately if you come across any defects, damages, or if you received the incorrect item(s). This will allow us to promptly address the issue and ensure a satisfactory resolution.

Exchanges
While direct exchanges are unavailable, we have designed a streamlined approach to assist you in acquiring your desired item. To initiate this process, we recommend starting a return for your current item. Once your return is approved, you can proceed to make a new purchase for your preferred item.

Refunds
Upon completing the inspection of your return, we will inform you of the refund's approval status. If the refund is approved, it will be automatically processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that there may be a delay as your bank or credit card company finalises the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since your return's approval, please don't hesitate to contact us here
