Shipping & Delivery

Orders placed before 12pm AEST on scheduled salon days (Wednesday to Saturday) will typically be processed and shipped on the same day or the next business day, unless stated otherwise (excludes Sundays and public holidays).

Please note: Due to studio scheduling days, any orders placed on Sunday-Tuesday can take 1-2 business days to be processed and shipped.

Deliveries within Australia
We offer $10 standard delivery anywhere in Australia. 

In general, deliveries in Sydney arrive next day and deliveries to nearby cities are within 2-3 working days.  All other delivery locations are between 2-7 days depending on location. Please note, these time frames are just an estimate and they can vary.

International Orders
Unfortunately we currently do not offer international shipping.

Local Pickup
Enjoy the convenience of free product pickups available from Wednesdays to Saturdays. Once your order is placed, simply send us an email with 'Product Pickup' in the subject line. Please include your preferred date and time for pickup in your email. Alternatively, if you have a scheduled appointment coming up, let us know if you'd like to pick up your products during that time.

Tracking Your Order
Tracking will be provided for all orders, shipped via AusPost. You will be sent an email once your order has been shipped (please also check the junk/spam folder).

Once an order has been shipped and is in transit, please note that we cannot be held responsible for any loss that may occur. While we take every precaution to ensure secure packaging and reliable shipping methods, external factors beyond our control can impact the delivery process. If you encounter any issues, we will do our best to assist and provide support, but it's important to understand that once the order leaves our premises, its safety is subject to the carrier's operations and circumstances.
