When booking an appointment at Lia Kim Beauty, that time is exclusively set aside for you.

UPFRONT PAYMENT TO SECURE AN APPOINTMENT
A 50% upfront payment is required to secure all appointments. This amount will be deducted from your final bill at the time of your visit.

LATE CANCELLATIONS & NO-SHOWS
Please provide at least 48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel. Cancellations made within 48 hours or missed appointments will result in a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the booked services (your upfront payment), which will be automatically forfeited. If cancelled with more than 48 hours’ notice, your upfront payment will be applied to your next appointment.

RESCHEDULING & APPOINTMENT CHANGES
Rescheduling or modifying an appointment requires a minimum of 48 hours’ notice. Appointments changed within the 48-hour window may incur a cancellation fee at our discretion. When rescheduled with more than 48 hours’ notice, your upfront payment will be transferred to the new appointment.

APPOINTMENT ARRIVAL & LATENESS
Please arrive on time, allowing extra time for parking. Arriving more than 15 minutes late may result in automatic cancellation and a cancellation fee. If you anticipate being late, please notify us as soon as possible.

CONTRAINDICATIONS
Safety is a priority. Certain medical conditions or treatments may make some services unsuitable. A consultation will be conducted during your appointment to ensure the treatment is safe and effective. Please review the list of contraindications before booking. COLD, FLU & ILLNESS
If you have any symptoms of a cold, flu, or COVID-19 (including coughing, fever, sore throat, or shortness of breath), please reschedule your appointment to maintain a safe environment for everyone.
